All prices exclude VAT. When subscribing through Shopify, the prices and billing terms shown there apply.
What your monthly total includes
Your plan has a monthly base price plus usage for generated DATEV booking rows. A booking is an accounting entry, not an order: a sale, its payment, a refund and fees can produce separate entries.
Example: if your exports contain 1,000 billable booking rows in a month, your net total is:
Starter
€59.00 base + 1000 bookings × €0.05 = €109.00 per month.
Growth
€149.00 base + 1000 bookings × €0.03 = €179.00 per month.
Illustrative usage, excluding VAT. The actual number depends on your source data and accounting configuration. Downloading an unchanged export again does not create a new set of bookings. Historical periods may add usage; review the period and plan before importing older data.
